Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(the age of 58) are between insurance solicitors and employees.

At around 13:30 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant asked the Defendant to talk with the victim on the preceding day in the Samsung Fire E branch office located in Daegu Suwon-gu, Samsung Fire E branch office. However, the Defendant: (a) the defective victim, who attempted to leave his office by disregarding it, was able to take the clothes of the Defendant, return to the Defendant, take the head debt of the victim, knife the victim’s head debt back, and pushed the victim back to the back; (b) the Defendant got over the victim, and the part of the Defendant’s bridge was faced with the left chest of the victim, and suffered injury, such as a 4-day cryth of the left chest of the victim, which requires four-day medical treatment.
