A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of thirty million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 20:55 on August 26, 2013, the Defendant driven BCA 110 Obama without a motorcycle driver’s license from the 119-10 road to the 171rd road in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, to the 171rd road.

2. On August 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the date and time set forth in the foregoing paragraph (1) above; (b) while driving an offtoba in a place, it is difficult for the Defendant to be aware of the fact of his/her fine completion in the course of the police investigation into a traffic accident in conflict with Crocketing other car; and (c) entered the name of friendly D in an emergency room in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, the Seoul, the Seoul, the Police Station Traffic Investigation Team at the Seoul, Seoul, the F Hospital Emergency Station G, with the statement column in the statement column in the situation of the traffic accident presented by G; and (d) forged and exercised D’s signature for the purpose of exercising the signature by signing the signature column and signing it as if it were duly constituted.

3. Around 11:00 on August 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) hospitalized the I Hospital located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a traffic accident that occurred as above; (b) stated “D” and “J” in the name column of the hospitalization agreement; (c) forged one copy of the written hospitalization agreement in the name of D, which is a private document concerning the proof of fact for the purpose of uttering; and (d) exercised it.
