Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, Defendant D, Defendant C, and Defendant B are labor union members belonging to the Democratic Labor Unions E-Subdivision, respectively.

1. The crime committed on March 10, 2014;

A. On March 10, 2014, at around 10:37, the Defendants, who interfere with the business, received a set of order from the Defendant, on the ground that the phrase “to change a metal labor union E branch,” and “to change a I. to our life,” the Defendant continued to stay in the above service center and distributed printed materials containing their opinions to customers despite the control of the employees of the above service center, and interfered with the operation of the above service center, such as the operation of the customer’s waiting service center, which had been found to delay the repair of electronic equipment in order to repair electronic equipment in the service center.
