Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are members of the company serving in the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in Pyeongtaek-si D, and A is the head of the building site E branch of metal labor union E branch, B, and C are the head of the building site division.
As of June 16, 2015, the Defendants, at the National Metal Trade Union Co., Ltd., on June 16, 2015, to the effect that at the In-house conference room around 14:00 on June 24, 2015, the employees in charge of labor safety at each workplace of the Gyeonggi-gu branch shall hold a meeting and visit the work site to check the safety situation.

On August 21, 2015, the Korean Metal Trade Union E branch sent an official letter to the company in charge of the management of the company at the E branch meeting of the metal labor-management match sub-branch with approximately 30 persons present at the intra-company restaurant at around 15:00, which was notified by the company that the use of the intra-company restaurant and the travelling at the work site is not possible.
1. At around 14:00 on June 24, 2015, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant C met jointly with the members of the metal labor union branch, Defendant C, and 20 employees in charge of labor safety in the National Metal Labor Unions and Trade Unions in the above company.
After completing the above meeting, the Defendants: (a) at around 16:24 the same day, at around 16:24, the representative of the company was prohibited from entering the work site in advance under the pretext of making a tour of the work site with approximately 20 outside union members present in the front of the production Dong building in the company; (b) even though the managers are prohibited from entering the work site, the Defendants invaded the building managed by the F.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired with the above 20 members of the above 20 members and intruded into the building without permission against the victim's will.
2. On August 21, 2015, the Defendants and the members of the metal labor union branch held meetings in the presence of 18 members of the National Metal labor union units in the partnership office in the above company around 15:00.
