B On February 24, 2011, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment for fraud in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment was finalized on August 17, 2011.

On February 24, 2011, A was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence of imprisonment for the same crime in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2011.
After the divorce in 196, the Defendants were in de facto marital relationship since around 2005, and the facts were not in a real estate-related business and participated in the auction procedure and did not have the intent or ability to purchase the real estate, the Defendants access the real estate company where the real estate was named “defer” and used to purchase the real estate from the auction or bond market at a price lower than the market price. Defendant A had the intention to acquire the real estate purchase price by receiving the money from the victims in the name of the real estate purchase price, by showing the attitude that Defendant B’s horses were true.
1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. The Defendants’ fraud against the victim D was recruited as above, and around the lower end of November 2006, the victim D and F in F in F in F, which was in friendship with the victim, but Defendant B told the victim “I will be awarded a successful bid of KRW 120 million through an auction to the extent of KRW 300 million in the land near G Hospital,” and Defendant A would be the victim “I would be able to receive a successful bid at a lower price because I would know well the employees working at the Geiju District Court so that I would not receive an auction, so I would be able to receive a successful bid at a lower price because I would be able to prevent others from receiving an auction.”
However, even if the defendants received the purchase price of real estate from the victim, they did not have the intent or ability to receive the successful bid of real estate at a price lower than the market price.
