1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

On February 6, 2016, around 02:15, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) receiving a 112 report from a police officer E belonging to the Busan High Police Station D District Station D in Busan High Police Station, requesting that the Defendant return home, and (b) having the said E returned home from the police officer, who was called out after receiving a 112 report; and (c) making the Defendant go home to go home to the bottom of the said E, with his hand being pushed down twice, and having him go beyond the floor of the said E.

As above, Defendant assaulted police officers, thereby obstructing the legitimate execution of their duties concerning handling reports.
