Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of motor vehicle ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree

Nevertheless, on December 30, 2014, the Defendant received from a person whose name is not known in the cross-motor vehicle trade name on the boundary of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, but did not apply for the registration of transfer within 15 days without justifiable grounds.
