Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2018, from around 03:10 to around 18:00 on May 5, 2018, the Defendant inhaled three of the portable butane gas in the room of the Defendant’s room located in the “D” singing room, which is a portable liquid fuel containing butane gas, as a form of hand, and classified gas spraying into the front part of the gas spraying outlet, and inhales three of the portable butane gas by driving it into the front part of the gas spraying.

Accordingly, the defendant inhaled hallucinogenic substances.

The criminal records of the defendant, which were omitted in the facts charged as a reason for the medical care and custody, were supplemented, and some phrases were revised.
