A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

720,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. At around 15:00 to 16:00 on November 25, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.2 gramopon from E to 80,000 won in front of the D Station located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

B. On November 30, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.7 grams from G Hospital located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City F, to 300,000, the price for the penphones contained in E in the disposable injection machine.

C. Around December 9, 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.2g of phiphonephones located in the Defendant’s residence of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and from Jung-gu, for one hundred thousand won.

On January 1, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g of philophones located in the Defendant’s residence, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Habup, 202, and one-time Dolphones located in a single-use injection machine at 50,000 won.

E. Around January 7, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.1g of philophonephones, which were located in the Defendant’s residence, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Halla 202, and from E, for 40,000 won.

2. At around 18:00 on August 28, 2016, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08ghon on the part of the Defendant’s dwelling in Jung-gu Incheon Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, in a single-use injection machine, and injected it to his left part of the bloodline by melting approximately 0.08g of opon into a single-use injection machine.

3. Around 16:00 on August 31, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that, within the Defendant’s residence of Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Halla 202, a pipe of tobacco was created on the day of gambling and put about 0.3g of the hemp in its inner part, and then smoked in a manner that smokes are inhaled with a rash with a fire.
