Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the representative of C, and the above C is an organization designated as the superstore manager of the building D in Seodaemun-gu Seoul on April 30, 2018, and Defendant B is the actual operator of F, a security business company that obtained permission for registration number E from the Gyeonggi Southern Police Agency on June 27, 2013.

No one shall cause any security guard to perform any act deviating from the security service.

Nevertheless, around May 21, 2018, Defendants entered into a security service contract, “a security service contract for the main facilities and security inside a D building,” and recruited security guards to occupy the 6th floor mechanical room above the above building.

At around 06:40 on June 4, 2018, the Defendants ordered 28 employees of the building management body, who are located in front of the entrance, to leave the 6th floor above the above building, including G, and 28 service guards, to use the 6th floor mechanical room above the entrance, and led others to force or exercise physical power. Defendant B and the above G led others to all the acts, such as attaching the string entrance door before the service guards.

As a result, the Defendants conspired the security guards to commit any act beyond the security service.
