A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 27, 2014, the Defendant retired from office for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds, due to absence from office for at least eight days in total under the jurisdiction of the Dongbu Education Support Office of Incheon Metropolitan City.
