A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Social service personnel shall not desert from their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while serving as a social service personnel belonging to the Dong-si Community Service Center, was absent from office on May 12, 2017 due to personal circumstances, and was absent from office from office for at least eight (8) days in total without justifiable grounds, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, until January 12, 2018.
