A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 09:50 on August 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) Dan without any justifiable reason to the victim B (n, 62 years of age) who was in the square in the Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, the river basin, which was located in the 4th of the floodgate of the Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) Dan Do without any reason to the effect that the victim B (n, f2 years of age) was in the square.

"The victim's face side was cut one time with two plastic finites containing two finites, which are dangerous things to finites, and the victim had left hand on the glass angle and suffered injury on the number of days of treatment.

In this respect, the defendant carried with himself an illness, which is a dangerous thing, and inflicted an injury on the victim.

The treatment in prudent society is appropriate.
