1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Summary of the plaintiffs' assertion

A. The plaintiff A is the head of the Femine-gu E (hereinafter referred to as the "instant church") in the Silju-si E, the plaintiff B is the new person of the instant church, the defendant C is the head of the instant church, and the defendant D is the member of the instant church.

B. Defendant C, who is entitled to take overall charge of the accounting receipt and disbursement of the instant church, did not disclose the details of revenue and expenditure while taking the account books of the instant church and receiving and disbursing the contribution directly. At the church assembly of the instant church on August 3, 2013, Defendant C paid a certain monthly amount to I, who is the founder of the instant church, and the wife of H pastor, in lieu of the retirement allowance for the instant church pastor, on January 25, 2016, paid the said amount after reducing the amount from January 25, 2016, but suspended payment from payment from December 2016, and there was suspicion that money had been left out between the Defendants around June 25, 2017 during the joint assembly of the instant church and the voting period.

C. The provisions stipulate that the pertinent church shall keep the necessary documents, such as the books and documents in the attached list under the Constitution (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “documents of this case”). The Plaintiffs are members of the instant church, who are entitled to peruse and copy the documents of this case, and Plaintiff A is entitled to supervise the church as the head of the instant church, manage the property, and conduct an audit on the finance, so the Defendants should allow the Plaintiffs to peruse and copy the documents of this case.

2. Determination on the legality of the instant lawsuit

A. We examine ex officio the plaintiffs' assertion, and even according to the plaintiffs' assertion, since the church of this case is a non-corporate body, the subject who shall prepare and manage the documents of this case. Thus, in the case of this case where the plaintiffs asserted the status of members of the church of this case and sought the inspection and copy of the documents of this case, the other party shall be the church of this case, and the defendant C shall actually be the defendant C.
