1. The defendant shall set up the judgment against the plaintiff 30 days after the date of confirmation of this judgment, excluding holidays, Kim Jong-si C.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant was established on October 12, 2009 for the purpose of automobile rental business.

B. On October 27, 2009, the Plaintiff, D (the husband of the Plaintiff), and F entered into an agreement with the Defendant to operate the automobile rental business externally under the name of the Defendant, but each of the rental car businesses currently in operation as the Defendant’s branch and independently operate the automobile rental business at each of the Defendant’s branch offices (hereinafter “instant agreement”). Accordingly, the Defendant’s name, however, carried out the automobile rental business independently by each of the Defendant’s workplace.

C. At present, 1,670 shares issued by Defendant 5,00 shares (33.4%) are currently held by the Plaintiff, and the remaining 3,30 shares are divided by 1,665 shares (3.3%) by E and F.

2. The Plaintiff is the Defendant’s shareholder with respect to the request for perusal and copying of the articles of incorporation, the register of shareholders, the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders, and the minutes of the Plaintiff’s meeting.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to allow the plaintiff to peruse and copy the defendant's articles of incorporation, the list of shareholders, the minutes of the general meeting of shareholders (including photographs and computer Es.S. copy) within the period of 30 days after 3 days from the date of the final judgment of this case, excluding holidays, at the defendant's headquarters located in Kimhae-si (09:0 to 18:00).

3. The Plaintiff is the Defendant’s shareholder with respect to the claim for inspection and copying of financial statements, etc., and thus, the Plaintiff has the right to peruse and copy financial statements, accompanying statements, business reports, and audit reports from January 1, 2013 to November 31, 2017 under Article 448 of the Commercial Act.

Therefore, the defendant is from January 1, 2013 to the plaintiff within 30 days after the date of this judgment, excluding holidays, at the defendant's head office located in Kimhae-si, within the business hours (09:0-18:00) of the defendant's office located in Kimhae-si.
