A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2015, at around 04:30 on February 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the Defendant on the ground that the Victim F (the age of 66) who is an employee of the said business establishment demands the Defendant to pay for the transportation cost to enter the water room; (b) “I am sprinke, calculation already made; and (c) the Defendant interfered with the Victim F (the age of 66)’s privacy or management by force by avoiding the disturbance for about 30 minutes, including where coffee cans are laid on the floor.”
