Criminal facts
On February 23, 2014, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) intending to drink alcohol in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D Da Do, and (b) continued to enter the said Do Do Do Do Do na; (c) and (d) obstructed the Defendant’s business by continuing to depart from the said Do Do Do na, despite having received a check from the said Do Do Do Do Do Do Do na; and (b) upon reporting 112 to the effect that the said Do Do Do Do Do Do Do na was “the Do Do Do Do Do Do Do Do na
At around 04:22 on the same day, the Defendant continued to check the personal details of the police box affiliated with the above police box to hand over it to his guardian, and described that “I am to see, am to see whether I am a police officer or not I am to do so,” and assaulted the chest of the above F on twice as I am to walk.
As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties such as F on the protection of the people's body and the prevention of crimes.

The defense counsel's defense counsel's assertion of internal investigation report may use a guard gear, when it is intended to protect the body of a police officer pursuant to Article 10-2 of the Act on the Performance of Duties by Police Officers. However, the defendant's desire to the police officer and failed to meet the above requirements solely on the ground that the defendant's behavior against the police officer's illegal use of the lockes constitutes self-defense. Thus, in full view of the evidence adopted earlier, it is sufficiently recognized that the defendant committed an act that the police officer seems to have committed while taking a bath against the police officer, and that the police officer's behavior was committed against the police officer's instructions by neglecting the police officer's instructions, such as intending to take the suspect who was within the police box.
