A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 9. 20. 21:10경 서울 중구 C 소재 'D주점'에서 주취 행패를 부리던 중, 신고를 받고 현장에 출동한 서울 중부경찰서 E 파출소 소속 경찰관인 경사 F가 피고인을 제지하며 “진정하시고 제가 알아서 처리하겠습니다.”라고 말하자 “개자식아, 니가 하긴 뭘 알아서 해.“라고 말하며 위 F의 멱살을 잡고 흔들어 112 신고업무 처리에 관한 경찰관의 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

2. On September 20, 2014, the Defendant damaged public goods: (a) arrested a flagrant offender who was arrested to use violence against a police officer; (b) transferred the goods to a criminal office and an office in Seoul Central Police Station located in Jung-gu, Seoul, using a check in Jung-gu, Seoul; (c) took the bath at the above office and took the dives of the police officer, who was seated with the Defendant’s hand, was above the market value at which the police officer was seated with the Defendant’s hand; and (d) removed the cushion from the next office, thereby impairing the utility of the goods used by a public office.

around 19:20 on December 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that he was arrested and detained as a flagrant offender at the Seoul Central Police Station E (Seoul Central Police Station) Police Station in Jung-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) took a bath to the police officer affiliated with the said police box that prevented the person from suffering disturbance; (c) was sprinking the breath; (d) was sprinking the flab; and (d) was flabing the flab; and (d) obstructed the legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order in the police box by assaulting the police officer by cutting the flab.
