Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea on April 12, 2017, as a foreigner of the nationality of the Republic of Liberia (hereinafter “Liberia”) of the Republic of Liberia (hereinafter “Liberia”).
B. On April 21, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application for recognition of refugee status with the Defendant, but on June 5, 2017, the Defendant rendered a disposition for recognition of refugee status (hereinafter “instant disposition”) to the Plaintiff on the ground that it is difficult to recognize “the well-founded fear that there is a risk of persecution” as stipulated in Article 1 of the Convention on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Convention”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”) and Article 1 of the Protocol on the Status of Refugees (hereinafter “Refugee Protocol”).
C. On July 11, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an objection with the Minister of Justice against the instant disposition. However, the Minister of Justice dismissed the Plaintiff’s objection on the same ground as on December 7, 2017.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s argument was the “Ze” of the Ze, “C,” located in Nimba (Nimba Co., Ltd.) territory B located in the center of Nimba.
The term "Zoe" refers to a person who serves as a person responsible for the worship of the sublime as the head of a secret string.
The plaintiff has been living in Montreal (Monrovia) which is a parasia's water supply as a parasia's divesology.
However, upon the death of the plaintiff, the court determined that the plaintiff should succeed to the above "Ze" at the center of the above region.
The plaintiff refused the above request of the Council of the Republic of Korea in reliance on the vice versa. If the plaintiff returned to his own country, the plaintiff lives upon the attack by the members of the above local council.
