Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 436" Defendant was known from around November 2013 to him/her.
B's application form for joining the mobile phone was forged and used to open the mobile phone, accumulated personal performance, obtained profits by selling it to others, and thereafter did not pay the fees, etc.
1. On November 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “B”, “D”, “B”, “B”, “B”, and “B” in the column of customer registration of mobile phone C without authority to exercise the private document forgery and the event of the aforementioned investigation document; (b) forged one copy of the application form for mobile phone entry in the victim B’s mobile phone name and presented it to a non-name C employee who is aware of the fact.
In addition, from November 12, 2013 to August 28, 2017, the Defendant forged and exercised a mobile phone subscription application, which is a private document on the rights and obligations of the victims under the name of the victims, 30 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1.
2. On February 21, 2017, the Defendant: (a) forged an application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the victim B’s name at an influence place on February 21, 2017; and (b) acquired pecuniary benefits by obtaining the delivery of a mobile phone as if the injured party subscribed to the mobile phone in which he/she paid the purchase price; and (c) by obtaining the mobile phone from February 21, 2017 to February 21, 2017; and (d) obtained pecuniary benefits by obtaining the mobile phone delivery of the same amount of KRW 2,286,40 from June 30, 2016 to June 30, 2016; and (e) obtained pecuniary benefits of KRW 20,518,944 once every 11.

A. On January 25, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime committed on or around January 25, 2015, connected to the screen page in C’s new application form using an Abrid at the mobile phone agent located in Daegu North-gu, Daegu-gu.
