A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of criminal power was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a crime of violation of the Child and Juvenile Protection Act (sexual purchase, etc.) in the Suwon District Court's Ansan branch on September 15, 2017, and the sentence becomes final and conclusive on September 23, 2017 and is currently under suspended sentence.

Accordingly, the Defendant produced child or juvenile pornography.
