A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 7, 2018, the Defendant was aware of the violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) in the cross-urban bus terminals near Jinju-si, Jinju-si, 712, together with the victim B (n, 13 years old) who became aware of in the open hosting room near the Jinju-si, Jinju-si, Kakaook-si, and then administered the Kakakaoth-si into the above Moel. 2. 3. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials), committed obscenity-making at the victim’s residence in the Nam-gu Czera D, Nam-gu, Seoul at port on May 6, 2019.
