A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. Around 00:33 September 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.231% from the section of approximately 220 meters to the road from the front day of the “D store” in the Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, to the “F store” in the front day of the “F store” located in E.

Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) led the Defendant to drive the said car while under the influence of alcohol on a temporary basis and drive the said car along one-lane of the “F store” front of the “F store,” located in Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Gangwon-do.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and neglected to 0.231% of alcohol content, caused the Defendant’s failure to dump the upper part of the Defendant’s vehicle’s left-hand part of the passenger vehicle, which was stopped by the Defendant’s driver’s failure to 0.231% of the blood alcohol content. The Defendant shocked the lower part of the victim’s vehicle’s vehicle’s left-hand part following the Defendant’s passenger vehicle’s left-hand part.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks due to negligence in the above business.
