Defendants are not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the Defendants is publicly announced.

1. The summary of the facts charged is the vice-chairperson of the Association (hereinafter “D Association”) as an incorporated association; Defendant A is a person who actually operates the Association; Defendant B is in charge of practical affairs as the head of the planning office of the Association.

E The Gun decided to hold the “2013 International F Games” within the region, and the said D Association was selected as the project implementer and subsidized 100% of the funds necessary to hold the said international F Games with subsidies from the E-Gun, and the Defendants planned and managed the said work directly.

On September 16, 2013, the Defendants conspired to submit a draft of the event budget stating that, in applying for subsidies related to the above event at the office of the office of the office of the office of the office of the cultural sports facility located in G in G, the amount of KRW 53 million is required under the name of “expenses for aviation and transportation of foreign players” and the total amount of KRW 400 million is required.

However, in fact, on September 23, 2013, the Defendants took up the circumstances that it is difficult for foreign players to participate in the said international event held from October 18, 2013 to October 20, 2013, because the period for preparing for the said event is shorter than the period for foreign players to invite foreign players to participate in the said international event, and finally, delivered the situation that one foreign players cannot participate in the competition on October 10, 2013. As such, the Defendants were well aware that there was no funds required for foreign players, transportation expenses, etc.

Nevertheless, on October 11, 2013, the Defendants were transferred KRW 200 million to the foreign exchange bank account in the name of the Association as the second subsidy by a public official in charge of the victim E-Gun office who believed the above draft budget of the event as is, on October 11, 2013, as the Defendants did not notify the victim E-Gun office of any change.

After all, the Defendants deceptioned the above victim E-Gun office and acquired the amount of KRW 53 million equivalent to the costs of aviation and transportation of foreign players out of the above subsidies.
