A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 20, 2009, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “When he/she lends money in need of pay, he/she will give five interest to the victim D. When he/she wishes to make a reimbursement, he/she will immediately make a reimbursement if he/she is flickly flickly flickly flickly flickly flickly flickly flickly flick.”

However, the Defendant borrowed money equivalent to KRW 2.5 billion from the surrounding persons, such as E, and the Defendant was unable to run a singran bar and the sidewalk that the Defendant operated, and even if the monthly income is merely equivalent to KRW 2.5 million, there was no intention or ability to pay it properly even if it borrowed money from the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, obtained KRW 55 million from the victim, and acquired it in cash from the victim, and obtained it from October 10, 201 from the above date to October 10, 201, and acquired the total amount of KRW 368,70,000 as the borrowed money through 28 times, such as the attached crime list (1) from the victim D and F.

2. On January 10, 201, the defrauded of a map, the Defendant: (a) committed the act as if he had the intent or ability to properly pay the map when he establishes a fraternity; (b) up to 26,00 won per unit; (c) up to 2,00,000 won per unit, and 2,50,000 won per unit, subsequent to the settlement of the fraternity; and (d) upon the setting of one’s sequence, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that he would pay the fraternity to the victim D and the victim F on the date on which he promised to pay the fraternity.”

However, in fact, when the above-mentioned personal debt comes to several hundred million won, the defendant was able to organize a book and receive 50 million won each credit amount from Nos. 1 and 2, and to use it as a repayment of personal debt, and 5 persons including G from the time of organizing the book.
