1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,458,677 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from September 4, 2014 to June 5, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. On December 9, 2012, the Defendant organized a successful bid of KRW 24,00,00,000 and KRW 70,000,00 per unit (hereinafter “instant nine-day contract”). On December 9, 2012, the Defendant joined the instant nine-day contract with the Defendant at the time when the Plaintiff joined the instant nine-day contract with the Defendant.

A guidance center shall conduct a system at a place designated by the leader A on the nineth day of each month.

3.A "A" shall pay the remainder after subtracting the interest on the successful tender on the 13th day following the fifth day.

5. A leader “B” shall deposit a fraternity in the head of the Tong “B” after submitting the collateral documents desired by the leader “A.”

6. The members who have awarded the award shall pay 2.5 million won each month from the month following the successful bid until the date on which the fraternity ends ( April 9, 2015).

7. If the guidance “A” is not responsible until the end, the guidance “A” shall take civil and criminal responsibility.

8.In the case of the foregoing seven (7) days, the successful bidder shall pay twenty-eight (2500,000 won of the principal until the completion date of the accounts.

B. The nine-day system of this case is operated in the following manner:

First: The other accounts (28 old accounts) accounts except for the defendant's one account, which is the owner of the household, gather 2.5 million won for each account, and then the account holder is awarded the total of 70 million won for each account, and then is awarded 70 million won for each account without interest deduction.

After that, the members of the fraternity who participated in the tender and who received the highest interest (including the total amount - the interest paid) and who already won the successful tender among the remaining members (excluding the total amount) shall be KRW 2.5 million for the total amount to be paid continuously, and 2.5 million for the total amount to be paid at each time, 2.5 million for the total amount to be paid at each time.
