Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 14, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of one million won by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 23:40 on July 18, 2020, the Defendant driven a B-learning car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.058% from the 20km section from the water basin near the water basin in Yangsan-si to the front road in the Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
