Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million at the Changwon District Court on August 3, 2009 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Nevertheless, at around 01:40 on September 30, 2020, the Defendant driven a Fluter car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.077% from the 40-meter section from the front road in Kimhae-si B to the front road in the Kimhae-si D.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving in violation of the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice.
