Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2013, at around 03:16, the Defendant operated a motor vehicle from B, which is the owner of the Defendant, as his duties, and operated a road in front of 1018, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, at a speed of about 50 km from the east-gu to the ethbbbbb of the air at the speed of about 50km.

The location had a duty of care to safely operate according to the signal, as the transfer distance on which signal, etc. is installed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the injury to the victim C, by the negligence of operating the victim C (the 62-year-old) with the signal, by the collision of the victim C (the f2-year-old)'s upper part of the front part of the vehicle in front of the victim's right part, thereby causing the victim C to suffer the injury to the victim C, such as face impairment, string, etc., of the face part requiring three-day medical treatment, string, etc., of the damaged vehicle E (the 31-year-old upper part) for four weeks to the passenger E (the 31-year-old) of the damaged vehicle, which requires two-month medical treatment.
