Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even though the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, who is an illegal sojourn provider of the nationality of Thailand, the Defendant treated psychotropic drugs, as follows, Mebacule (i.e., “philopon”; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and philopon containing philopon components (hereinafter referred to as “blopon”).

1. On March 4, 2020, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won from D (E; hereinafter “E”) in front of the “The Resolution Co., Ltd.” located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and purchased 200,000 won.

2. On March 4, 2020, the Defendant received philophones from the above “E” at the same place as Paragraph 1, and received the philophones without compensation.

3. Sale and purchase of rocks;

A. On March 4, 2020, the Defendant sold 20,000 won in cash to “F” at the workplace of “F” in the first floor of “F”, and sold 20,000 won in cash.

B. On March 4, 2020, the Defendant sold 20,000 won in cash to the “G” at the workplace of the first floor of the “ABA” and sold 20,000 won in cash.

4. Handphones and camping medication;

A. On March 4, 2020, at around 20:00, the Defendant administered a medication in a way that makes it possible for the Defendant to administer the said medication once and a thalopon to 5-day, respectively, from the toilets of the dormitory of the Co., Ltd., and as soon as possible.

In the same manner as in the same paragraph, 3 p.m. have been administered 10 times every time at the same time.

C. The Defendant around May 2020 No. 4-A.

In the same manner as in the same paragraph, 3 weeks have been administered once every time, and 10 times. d.

In the same manner as in the same paragraph, 3 p.m. have been administered 10 times every time at the same time.

E. The Defendant around July 2020 No. 4-A.

In the same manner as in the same paragraph, 3 p.m. have been administered 10 times every time at the same time.
