1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is the project site in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu (hereinafter “instant project site”).

2) The business that newly constructs and supplies apartment units (hereinafter “instant business”).

(2) On September 25, 2015, the Plaintiff is a company that operates real estate leasing business, sales business, etc. and is entrusted with administrative services concerning the instant project by the Defendant, and is also a company that acquires the instant project site and its business rights from E (hereinafter “E”).

3) E is a company running real estate leasing business, sales business, etc., and is a company that newly built and sold general apartments in the instant project site from around 2012 to January 2015. B. The purpose of Article 1 (Purpose of Article 1) of the Administrative Service Contract, such as the conclusion of agency contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, is to promote stability in the residential life of homeless people by constructing and supplying housing in the instant project site, and to efficiently and effectively promote various affairs incidental thereto, and to entrust the Plaintiff with specialized knowledge and development know-how in the regional housing association project, and to provide the Plaintiff with the project manuals for successful completion of the project to the instant promotion committee. 1. The instant promotion committee and the Plaintiff shall share their respective duties for the prompt and normal performance of the instant project in good faith, and shall cooperate with each other, and shall be responsible therefor.

2. The promotion committee of this case shall faithfully implement the following:

1) Purchase of the project site 3) All the project costs associated with the project of this case 4) The project of this case is conducted in relation to all the claims and obligations related to the project of this case.
