A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:50 on February 25, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 0.124% on the blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven a non-registered 125cc calb in the section of approximately 3 km from the 2km of Changwon-si to the chill road of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

2. 3. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a 125cc c scamba, without registration.
