1. From April 17, 2015 to May 9, 2015, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) resulting from the medical treatment by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

A principal lawsuit and counterclaim shall also be deemed a principal lawsuit and counterclaim.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The relevant Plaintiff is a doctor affiliated with D Council member in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3 and 4 (hereinafter “Plaintiff Council member”), and the Defendant was performed by the Plaintiff on April 24, 2015, such as a sofinium, luminous drums, and local transplant surgery.

B. On April 17, 2015, the Defendant, who performed the instant surgery against the Defendant, naturally slick face lines, was naturally slicked by the Plaintiff’s National Assembly member, and received the first diagnosis from the Plaintiff, and on April 24, 2015, received the instant surgery from the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

C. 1) On May 2, 2015, the Defendant received her opical dynasium surgery before around 19:59 on May 2, 2015, 2015, and applied to an emergency room for a hospital to the E hospital, and there was pains. The medical team for the E hospital confirmed the Defendant’s face-to-face fynasium cost and explained the Defendant to observe the ney and progress under the diagnosis of the target pasium.

E병원에 다시 외래로 내원하여 약을 먹으니 심한 통증은 없다고 하였고 E병원 의료진으로부터 좌측 안면마비가 현재로서는 명확하지 않으니 대학병원 진료를 받아볼 것을 권유받았다. 2) 원고 의원 진료 피고는 2015. 5. 9. 이 사건 수술 후에 두통, 눈이 아프고 얼굴 전체가 찌릿찌릿한 증상, 온몸에 경련이 일어나는 증상이 수시로 일어났으며, 왼팔에 마비가 발생, 말할 때마다 입술이 돌아가는 증상 등을 호소하며 원고 의원에 재내원하였고, 원고는 피고에게 두통과 안와통증, 얼굴이 찌릿한 증상은 있을 수 있으며, 뼈와 근육, 신경조직이 회복되면서 있을 수 있는 증상이고 6개월에서 1년은 지켜보아야 한다고 설명하였다.
