A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On November 1, 2014, the Defendant, at the entrance of the “C cafeteria” of the first floor of the welfare center located in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, the head of the Gu around 11:00, obstructed the entry of senior citizens who want to use the above cafeteria by drinking alcohol, and thereby interfered with the entrance of senior citizens who want to use the above cafeteria, and the victim D, the head of the above welfare center, as the head of the above cafeteria, should have the desire to do so at a different place.

B. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the operation of child care centers by force.

2. On July 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:50 on July 14, 2015, the Defendant: (b) found the victim K, a security guard, to drink alcohol at the Busan Young-gu J apartment 207 Dong Guard room; and (c) on the ground that the Defendant was aware of the Defendant’s withdrawal of alcohol, the Defendant was able to walk the guard room and return to the match.
