[2016 고 정 307] 피고인은 2015. 10. 2. 12:42 경 부산 부산진구 서면 역 2호 선 지하철 승강장 6번 라인 부근에서 전동 휠체어를 타고 가는 피해자 C(79 세 )에게 시비하여 휠체어를 잡아당기며 " 니 어디 교회장 로고, 멀쩡한 사람이 왜 휠체어를 타고 다니 노 다른 사람들 불편하게 "라고 하며 피해자의 왼쪽 귀 부위와 머리 부위를 손바닥으로 각 1회 때려 폭행하였다.

1.
