A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

around 21:00 on January 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim C’s drinking alcohol at a drinking point operated by Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, without any justifiable reason; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “at least 10 minutes of drinking and drinking” to the customers who refrain from drinking; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to “at least 45 minutes of drinking, drinking, and drinking,” such as “at least 10 minutes of drinking, drinking, and drinking,” and interfered with the victim’s main business by force.

1. At around 20:50 on March 7, 2020, the Defendant, within the “F” operated by the victim E located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol, obstructed the operation of a cafeteria by force of a woman by disturbing approximately 10 minutes of his/her happiness.

2. At around 20:00 on March 9, 2020, the Defendant, under the influence of a woman’s main shop business, had the victim H, located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu G, and had other customers, who had visited this place without any justifiable reason under the influence of alcohol.

At around 18:00 on April 30, 2020, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol within the “cafeteria” operated by the victim J, located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, the Defendant: (a) boomed the victim at a large interest without any reason; and (b) obstructed the operation of the cafeteria by interfering with the operation of the cafeteria by force, by disturbing approximately 10 minutes of a fluencing to customers visiting the cafeteria.
