A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:10 on August 22, 2013, the Defendant used assaulting the victim’s face by reporting the victim’s appearance that he/she intends to drink together with the victim E (n, 28 years of age) at the D main points located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, and drinking together with the victim E (n, 28 years of age).

2. In around 01:50 on August 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) arrested the said E as a flagrant offender on the grounds of assaulting the said E at the G District DistrictF located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) tried to take a bath to the victim H (27 years of age) who is a policeman belonging to the G District Unit at the Gyeonggi-nam Police Station G District; and (c) want to take a tobacco out of the said G District; and (d) attempted to keep the said G District out of the said Zone, the Defendant broken down one part of the victim’s left side side of the said G District with the defect that the Ha and the victim of the said G District tried to keep the Defendant out of the said zone.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the suppression and investigation of crimes by police officers who are victims, and at the same time, the victim injured the victim by the loss of the victim's diversity next to the left-hand side in need of medical treatment for about three weeks.
