1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 30, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement between the Defendant and the Defendant to lease a building listed in the attached list (hereinafter “instant building”) with a deposit of KRW 150,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 4,675,00 (including value-added tax) and a period of KRW 5 years (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

The building of this case consists of 10 stores, and the defendant was at the time of the above lease contract.

As the table Nos. 1, 4, 5, and 6, only four of them have been sub-leaseed.

The plaintiff and the defendant decided to revise the lease contract when the remaining store is sub-leased, and stated in the above lease contract that "the remaining store shall revise the lease contract immediately after the lease is made."

B. The Defendant, with the Plaintiff’s consent, subleted part of the instant building to C, D, E, F, G, and H as follows.
