Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) was the Guro-gu Office Automobile Management Division located in Guro-gu, Guro-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, 245; (b) was prepared a false certificate of transfer of construction machinery, an application for change of registered matters and transfer of construction machinery, and submitted it to a public official who knows the fact; (c) the Defendant had the aforementioned dump truck obtain ownership registration for the said dump truck on April 21, 2014, on the ground of sale on April 21, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant made a false report to a public official, and made him enter false facts in the construction machinery register, which is the original copy of a notarial deed.

2. Around that time, the Defendant had the above Guro-gu Office keep and exercise the said construction machinery register containing false facts.
