A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2020, at around 00:10, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property by gathering the following: (a) 5 metreciant disease, 5 metreciant, 1 metreciant, 1 portable burner, etc. from the main point of “D” operated by the victim C in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, without any justifiable reason; (b) 5 metreciant disease, 5 metreciant tin, 1 metreciant at the time of contact; and (c) 3 guest rooms on the part of the patient at the place; and (d) making it impossible for the victim to use the cusciciation in the 2nd place under the influence of alcohol.

2. The Defendant interfered with the duties of the Defendant: (a) at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C, which is the same place as the set forth in paragraph (1) at the time of the day set forth in paragraph (1); (b) prevents customers from entering the main points of the victim’s main points by avoiding disturbance, such as harming them by talking with large sounds; and (c) interfered with the victim’s main points business by force.

3. Around July 21, 2020: (a) around 00:37, the Defendant got reported to the effect that, as described in paragraphs (1) and (2) at the places indicated in paragraphs (1) and (2), continuous disturbance is avoided, and that “A female fessing a fese,” the Defendant was broken down the part under the victim F, a guard belonging to the Incheon Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong Police Station E District, who was dispatched to the site, attempted to arrest a flagrant offender on suspicion of interference with the Defendant’s duties, damage in property, etc., and thus, attempted to arrest a flagrant offender under the victim’s knee.

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with respect to the suppression of police officers' crimes and arrest of flagrant offenders, and at the same time, the defendant injured the victim, such as an open wound of the body part of the deceased who requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.
