Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

The Defendant was under long-term care in the DNA 207 operated by the victim C(64) in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu.

1. Around January 23, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim C by force for approximately 15 minutes to avoid disturbance, such as: (a) 206 entrance doors was opened, and the Defendant expressed in large interest, that “Sew and few fews,” she would be able to avoid disturbance, on the ground that the project visitors leave the said 206 accommodation from the said Mour.

2. Around 03:40 on January 23, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, at around 03:40, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to be informed of the situation F (51) belonging to the police station E District of Ulsan-gu Police Station E (51) of Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do; (b) asked the Defendant about his personal information; (c) but refused to comply with the request, “The name of the width was known, where he belongs, and where his father is the main prosecutor of the Ulsan-do autopsy; and (d) assaulted the shoulder and the double of the above FF to arrest a flagrant offender due to the suspicion of interference with his duties.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders of the above F, a police officer.

3. The Defendant who does not comply with the arrest of a flagrant offender at the time, time, and place set forth in paragraph (2).

The market value of the victim C, which is located far from her own, has been destroyed by breaking the front door glass of the amount of KRW 100,000.
