Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was present at the C Educational Meeting, such as the Victim B (Age 47), and the victim was a leader of the Defendant at C Educational Meeting. At present, the Defendant was a member of the so-called “non-reduplicative wave” recognized as D, and the victim was a member of the so-called “Redivatorship” that does not recognize D as a member of C Educational Meeting.

On August 12, 2018, around 09:30 on August 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) led the victim’s Heal dancing with his left hand on the ground that the victim came into the Republic of Korea by front of the narrow door of the Fridges Association in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.
