1. On Oct. 1, 2014, the Defendant asked the victim E, who became aware of as a result of the introduction of a man in the D Lestop in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, to “I would have to find a child to be employed in SK”, and said victim stated that “I would like to make efforts to confirm and confirm the enemy who had been employed in SK even before the towing would have connected those who had been employed in SK, and would make efforts to find employment by linking them with those who had been employed in SK, and then would have been employed later, 50,000,000 won, and 10,000,000 won, if I would have been employed later.”
However, at the time, the defendant did not have a person who knows in SK, and there was no intention or ability to find the victim's children in the above company.
Around October 14, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 50,000 from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant under the pretext of employment suspension expenses.
2. On June 2015, the Defendant requested the Victim F, who became aware of the introduction of a chair in a Buddhist place not exceeding Ulsansan, to find out the job for a trainee from the victim F, who was falsely asked the above victim to find out the job for a trainee by February 2016.
However, at the time, the defendant did not have a child among the officers and employees of the modern Heavy Industries, and there was no intention or ability to find the victim's helper employed in the company.
Around July 3, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 40,000 from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant under the pretext of employment suspension expenses.
3. On October 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) made efforts to find a large enterprise with children working for the Hyeong Hyundai Heavy Industries subordinate company in a non-fluent place around Ulsan (hereinafter referred to as the “SK”) around October 23, 2015; and (b) provided that “SK career staff members are recruited” to the victims G.
