Punishment of the crime

Around July 30, 2011, the Defendant conspired with C, stating that C did not have the capacity of 100,000 won or less to receive money from the victim, and even if C did not have the intent or ability to find employment with the victim, the Defendant stated that C would have the victim’s children employed in the above company, the Defendant: “C’s friendly Gu may have the victim find employment with SK Energy director if 50,000,000 won or less may be employed with SK Energy director; C would also have 50,000,000 won or less as SK Energy director if 50,000,000 won or less is employed; and C would have 10,000,000 won or less as the above 10,000 won or less from the 30,000 won or less from the 100,000 won or less from the 30,000 won or less from the 30,011.
