Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Changwon District Court on November 12, 201, and completed the execution of sentence on May 28, 2012, and is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On August 1, 2012, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; (b) injected the meconcule into one-time injection machine; and (c) injected the meconcule into one’s left meconcule.

2. On August 1, 2012, at around 23:30 on August 1, 2012, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine, dilutioned their growths, and administered them in a way of injecting them into their left blood cells.

3. On August 2, 2012, at around 02:00, the Defendant delivered D approximately 0.14g of telephonephones contained in D in a disposable injection machine at the same place as Paragraph 1.

4. On August 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received approximately 10 ghonphones from D at D’s request on August 1, 2012; and (b) received approximately 12.58g gons from F to F’s sonphones, which were contained in the vinyl of Busan E University, where the name cannot be known at around 01:30 on August 2, 2012; and (c) received approximately 2.58g gons from F.

On August 2, 2012, at around 09:00 on August 2, 2012, the Defendant opened approximately 1.67 g philopon, which entered D’s tobacco cases to be set up to D, with the amount of KRW 1.6 million set up in Qua car parked at D’s parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, purchased approximately 12.58g of philophones.

5. On August 2, 2012, at around 09:50, the Defendant possessed approximately KRW 1.57 g gramphones in total in the way of keeping approximately KRW 0.86g and approximately KRW 0.71g of philophones, which are stored in the paper wing in the front of the Busan G branch in Busan Jin-gu, and two for a single-use injection equipment.
