1. The Defendant’s KRW 52,160,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from October 1, 2017 to April 23, 2020 for this.

1. Basic facts

A. Nonparty C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”) was the owner of “E” (hereinafter “instant building”) of the building located in D and four lots located in Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, Jeonbuk-gun, and the building owner was changed to the name of the owner of the instant building among the construction roads, and the Defendant obtained approval for the use of the said building on April 15, 2016.

B. On April 20, 2016, the Plaintiff submitted a written estimate of KRW 13810,000 (excluding value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) for the construction work of the instant building and the post-face signboard production and installation work (hereinafter “E”) to the Plaintiff, and concluded a contract for construction work with Nonparty Company and the first construction work on April 27, 2016, setting the price of KRW 13 million.

C. On November 30, 2016, the Plaintiff submitted a written estimate of KRW 7.6 million for the production and installation of signboards, such as the instant building channel text (hereinafter “E”) to the Plaintiff. D.

On November 14, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) submitted a written estimate of KRW 20,591,000 for the production and installation works of the instant building, prop signboards, etc. (hereinafter “E”); (b) on November 30, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with Nonparty Company and the third construction works at KRW 20 million.

E. On December 17, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) submitted a written estimate of KRW 5020,000,000 for the construction cost to the “E” and the “E” signboard production of the instant building (hereinafter “instant 4 construction”); (b) around December 2016, the Plaintiff concluded a contract for construction work with the Nonparty Company and the instant 4 construction project, setting the price at KRW 5 million.

F. On March 17, 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) in the future, “E” refers to production installation works, such as protruding signboards, etc. outside the instant building; and (b) the sum of the construction works in subparagraphs 1 through 5 of the instant building is each of the instant construction works.

The author submitted a written estimate of KRW 10,412,80 with respect to the construction cost.
