1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,140,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from January 21, 2017 to November 22, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant submitted a written estimate of KRW 400,00,000 for the construction cost with respect to freezing and freezing facilities in ABD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”), and concluded a contract for the construction work with the Nonparty Company.

The written estimate is in freezing, cooling cases, and storage, which is well-founded storage and assembly work cost is KRW 15,50,000, and the construction cost is KRW 211,486,70,00.

B. On February 17, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a subcontract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant by setting the construction cost of KRW 200,000,000 with respect to the construction work performed by the Defendant during the period of the contract (hereinafter “instant construction work”).

On March 20, 2014, the Plaintiff submitted a written estimate for the construction cost of the instant construction project to the Defendant, which is KRW 215,600,00,00, and the said written estimate is only written about the overfrigerent construction, and is also written about the overfrigerent and the frigerent finish.

C. On June 27, 2014, the Plaintiff drafted and submitted a written estimate on KRW 10,400,000 for the construction cost of KRW 22,140,00 to the Defendant and for the payment of the construction cost of KRW 10,40,00 for the reduction of the pattern, the head of the Shiin Refriger and the Hain. D.

The Plaintiff completed the instant construction and night construction, and the Defendant received 50,000,000 additional construction cost, including 7,911,600,000 won, from the non-party company, for freezing facility works at A non-party Newcomel A, and the construction cost was paid by the non-party company.
