1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of three years and a short term of two years;
2. Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for a year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A thief: (a) around March 1, 2017, the Defendant: (b) cut off another’s property over three occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 2017, when the victim F, who was kept at the entrance of the store arrangement clothes located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (c) 1,000,000 won in the market price owned by the victim F, was the victim’s jugal juthy, f., with the victim’s f., who talks with customers; and (d) thereafter, the Defendant stolen another’s property from the victim’s f.o.
B. Around March 7, 2017, the Defendant failed to commit special larceny: (a) around 04:15, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the Defendant’s “I”; (c) shuttle door lock-gate lock-down lock-down lock-down in the Victim H management in Yangsan-si; and (d) did not go through a warning device while entering the said sales store and searching for stolen goods from the Kacter accounting unit; and (b) did not commit such act.

On March 9, 2017, the robbery defendant showed the attitude that the gold booms were to purchase the gold booms to the victim L, who is the head of the Gu in Busan Dong-gu, Busan on March 19, 2017, and the victim showed gold booms, the victim's brea, and the victim's brea at one time as a drink, and led the victim to 4.596,00 won at the market price and 1 gold booms a month.
2. Defendant B
A.
