A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of three years and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on November 2, 2012 and a fine of 300,000 won on May 16, 2013, and the execution of the sentence has been completed three times the records of the same crime.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On January 7, 2014, from around 01:00 to 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) at the △△△△△ station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government △△△△△△△△△; (b) took off the Defendant’s vehicle using the Oral Baki, which was in possession of the victim C-100 Oba (D) in advance, and was in possession of the victim C-T-100 Oba (D).

나. 피고인은 2014. 1. 11. 01:50경 서울 강남구 E 앞길에서, 위와 같이 절취한 CT-100 오토바이를 타고 ‘날치기’ 대상자를 물색하던 중 여자 일행과 걸어가는 피해자 F(여, 52세)을 발견하고 피해자의 옆으로 지나가며 루이비통 지갑 1개, 현금 47만원, 신용카드 3매 등이 들어 있는 피해자 소유 시가 200만원 상당의 샤넬 핸드백을 낚아채 가지고 가 절취하였다.

C. At around 02:30 on February 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Gro, the Defendant: (b) on the following behind the victim H (n) who walked the path by the said method; (c) 20,000 won in cash; and (d) gallonland mobile phones with one cellular phone in the market price of KRW 600,000,000,000,000 won in the victim’s possession.

At around 06:20 on February 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off the paths in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul through the above methods, following the Victim J (J, the age of 57). The Defendant: (b) laid down the paths in front of Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) cut off the brubb bank equivalent to 1.2 million won at the market price of the victim’s possession.

E. On February 14, 2014, around 06:05, the Defendant walked along the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government KSL in the above way, following the victim L(W, 47).
