The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (4 million won in penalty) is too unreasonable.

2. It is difficult to view that the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable in light of comprehensively taking into account the circumstances unfavorable to the Defendant, such as the fact that the Defendant’s mistake is recognized, and the Defendant’s blood alcohol concentration is not lower than the Defendant’s degree, and that the Defendant had been punished several times due to traffic-related crimes, including drinking, and other factors indicated in the records, such as the Defendant’s age, sexual behavior, environment, family relationship, motive for committing the crime, and circumstances after committing the crime.

Therefore, the defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
